This is amazing. The prospect of a project being approved by a city council, then fully built and implemented by the next council meeting is just wild in every regard.

A building in 15 daysIf there was any question as to how China would populate the wilderness stretching between their southern mega city, we now have the answer. Hotels and/or apartment buildings like this one appearing overnight is yet another symbol of China’s booming economy and push towards modernization.
